We sell packages of personal training sessions with no expiration date. Contact us, and we will be happy to give you a range over the phone. Our rates are very competitive for the area.
What is the first session like?
We offer all potential clients a free session with no obligation to sign up and no high pressure sales. It is important for you to come see the studio and experience working with us, and it is also important for us to evaluate you during the session. Our goal is never to over push you during this session, and we will finish by going over schedule and pricing options.
When will I see results?
Usually after even about 2 weeks your body will get used to the training style and start feeling better. So feeling stronger and fit can happen in a relatively short amount of time. Weight loss and or muscle gain will take more time, and depend on many outside factors like nutrition and exercise frequency.
How many times a week do people come?
We have no set rules, you use your package in whatever way that works best for you. The goal is always to workout as much per week as possible, so using a personal trainer is a great way to reach that goal. Most clients come in 2-3 times per week, but again you can come as much as you want.
How does scheduling work?
Most clients will block off set recurring times during the week, so you always have appointments scheduled. We work as a team of trainers, so scheduling is very flexible. Clients can also schedule weekly as well, we are very fast and flexible trying to get sessions scheduled.
What do I need to bring to my session?
We provide water, towels, cleaning supplies, and all equipment. You literally just need to show up.
Can I workout if I have an injury?
Almost all of our clients have regular or recurring injuries. This is one of the benefits with working with a personal trainer. We will design a routine based on what you can and can’t do. We want you to always feel safe and comfortable. In our experience, most clients who think they are too injured to workout are almost always able to do much more than they think.
What is Virtual Training?
Virtual training is scheduled just like a regular personal training session just done online. We usually use zoom or facetime. The trainer is live instructing the client what to do the entire session. We will utilize whatever equipment or lack or equipment you have. The convenience of being home, or traveling makes this very popular. We challenge anyone on the fence to try this option, we honestly were on the fence too, but it has become very popular.
Can I share my personal training sessions?
Yes, you can share your sessions with a friend or family member. You can also workout with them at the same time for the same price.
